Place an order
As soon as you can, you can add the desired item to the shopping cart. Simply click 'Add to Cart'.
Items that are in your shopping cart will only be reserved for you after you have completed your order. Shortly after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation from us by email with your order number. You can always find out about the status of your order in your user account under My orders.
We will also inform you by email as soon as your shipment leaves our house. In this email you will also receive your tracking number, which you can use to exactly track the delivery of your parcel via the website of the parcel service.

Payment options
You have the following payment options for deliveries:
• Bank Transfer

Minimum order
You can order each item per piece. The minimum order is 100 Euro excluding VAT.

Displays
We would be happy to lend you our display. You pay a deposit, which we will return to you after the return. The return shipping costs relate to your account. We only refund displays that are undamaged and reusable.

Shipping and delivery / shipping costs
• Delivery time to UK: Germany: Usually within 2-3 working days.
You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our logistics centre. This email also contains the shipment number, which you can use to track the shipment on-line at any time via our logistics partner Post-NL.

Free delivery to an address in the UK from an order amount of € 200.00 excluding VAT.

Orders with multiple delivery addresses and / or an order volume below € 200.00 are increased by administrative and freight costs. These are € 12.00 for the UK. The cost of import, customs and other costs are not included, if applicable for shipping to the desired country

Returns
We would like to ask you not to send back defective products without prior consultation with us. Take a digital photo of the damage and email it to info@ecozz.store. So we can assess in advance whether there is a complaint and how we proceed with the return. In this way you can help us save time and costs.
